Micro and mini excavators for trenches, beds and light groundworks
Mini diggers cover most domestic trench and planting-bed jobs without chewing up the whole driveway. We hire micro and mini excavators with buckets sized for cable trenches, pond digs and patio foundations, plus breaker attachments when old concrete needs a careful break-out.
March 2026 bookings for spring landscaping already ask for rubber tracks on shared driveways — say if neighbours share the approach so we send the quieter set. In June 2025 we refreshed hitch pins after a busy patio season. Through 2024 micro units stayed the default for mews gardens where van turning circles are short.
Operators are not included by default; if you need a driver for a half-day breakout, ask when you book. For spoil leaving site, plan a clear loading bay before the digger arrives so buckets are not waiting on the pavement.
