Same-day delivery is available on many tools when the desk confirms stock before mid-morning. Larger plant travels on trailers — we need a clear bay, a contact on site, and any height or weight limits for underground car parks or estate gates.
On 2 April 2026 we tightened the SMS window for Clerkenwell dispatches so someone meets the trailer within fifteen minutes of the ETA. September 2024 added photo checks for shared-yard drops after a few blocked gates. Through 2023 evening returns stayed available for landscapers finishing after school traffic.
If your project also means shifting furniture or boxed goods the same week as plant arrives, keep the hire path separate from household packing so trailers are not waiting behind stacked cartons. Tell us about parking suspensions early — we can often retime the drop rather than abort.
